Our Story

Meet Leila Najjar, the heartbeat of Ella Bella and creator of a luxurious collection of handmade and natural products.
Fans of Ella Bella will tell you how the soaps and body care products have changed their lives for the better and how Leila and her family have become a source of inspiration and valuable information.
But Leila herself admits her background was not the ordinary path to a world of essential oils and natural products.
Born in Brazil and graduating with a degree in Clinical Psychology and Education in 1981, Leila practiced in her field for years before a personal need in her own family led her on a new path.
“My passion has always been to know plants, herbs, and spices in order to create my own recipes for the kitchen and also for the self-care of my family,” explains Leila
“From a young age, I was fortunate to grow up between the city and the countryside, surrounded by native plants and animals and a pure, healthy environment,” she recalls.
But when her youngest son developed a severe case of eczema, experiencing reactions when using the common creams and products on the market, the need for special care for his delicate skin called for some research.
“Frustrated by these failed treatments, I began studying natural alternatives and creating my own homemade products,” says Leila, who went on to earn certificates in aromatherapy, natural beauty products, herbalism, and homemade herbal remedies.
“What started as a way to care for my family soon grew into a commitment to share safe, nourishing, and effective products with others!”
Leila continues to offer personal guidance and information to all who are fans or just curious about the Ella Bella Collection, spending time in store, online, or in regularly offered workshops.
Now for a little bit of me…
I am a homemaker, Jesus loving wife, and mother of 3. I love to travel, explore, and learn about places, people, and nature. I love the color green. I love to be around my loved ones, I enjoy gardening, and raising my own herbs. I love my life, my family, and am so thankful for it. God is good!
